Characters
 Braden Caedelepse. After being mugged of the $20 he had on him and left to die in the gutter, he discovers that he is basically a corpse that doesn't rot. You can imagine his joy. Despite being clinically dead, he manages to dodge a lot of the problems associated with death (mainly, he doesn't get in trouble with the government or anything. He suspects Anhedonia has something to do with it.)
 Anhedonia. One of Time's physical manifestations (so he claims; so Braden doubts), he enjoys creeping people out and generally being a pest, and likes to point out that he is Time and in control of a lot of the stuff that happens in the universe.
 Rubicund. A very cranky nurse.
 Flax. A little girl who's also Rubicund's little sister. Braden says they look nothing alike. Likes to attack Braden
 Colin, braden's roomate and complete wacko. Acts like he's about three, has the maturity (and artistic/storytelling skills ) of one also. Moonlights as a slutty IRC-bot sometimes :3
 Doyle. Claims that his hair is evil, but most people are more creeped out by his hot pink eyes. He hates getting called "Doily", which is how many people mistakenly pronounce his name.
 Lurid is also a physical embodiment of time, but a specific one--the moment right before someone dies. He is a wierdo.
